 Examples include:

• Bay 15 Race - Test team skills in the yacht-racing world! First, design and build your own 15-inch racing sailboat, then-see how well it competes! Sample agendas
• Gold Cup Challenge - Enjoy a day's outing or take a quick diversion from a full day's meeting with our fun-filled games. Teams of 2 to 4 people compete against each other to win the “Gold Cup.”
• Inventor's Challenge - Each team creates their own unusual invention to solve the task proposed. The materials provided make this task especially challenging.

 Each program is custom-designed to meet your team's needs. Activities are
 fully facilitated complete with prizes and a debrief. Post-program analysis can
 also be provided. In addition, Capuco Consulting has established relationships
